Acqua Condominium

About the building

A high-rise condo-hotel on the Palm Beach strip, inside what is now the Radisson Blu Aruba. Construction began as a standalone condominium ("Acqua"), stalled as an unfinished shell after a 2011 target date, and was later redeveloped by Kuaimare Investments into the Radisson Blu hotel (architect: Enlace Arquitectura), completed 2021 - Aruba's first LEED-certified building. Individual units remain separately owned and are still resold (e.g. "Acqua 317", "PH 362") with an optional rental-pool/management program through the hotel, rather than being fully absorbed into hotel inventory - Hazel Housing describes it as the only condotel of its kind in Aruba. Confirmed standard units are 2-bedroom/2-bathroom, roughly 80-100 m2 (sizes vary by floor/layout); confirmed penthouses (top two floors) are 3-bedroom/3.5-bathroom around 200 m2.
