Developed by a group with "35+ years combined experience" whose prior Aruba projects include Paseo Herencia, Catalina Estates at Tierra del Sol, Maximum Torque Commercial Center, Legacy Condominiums and Las Olas Condominiums (no separate developer company name found). The site advertises five/six residential unit types ("Unit Type A/B/BB/C/D" plus "Unit Type E - Townhouses"), from 1-bedroom/1-bathroom up to 3-bedroom/3.5-bathroom, plus loft-style townhouse units, all with private balconies and ocean views. Ground floor is commercial (restaurants, cafes, retail, professional services). As of Sept 2026, listing sites disagree on sale/completion status: one (SIRES) marks the project "SOLD OUT" with completion given as 2025, while another (Island Life Realty) separately listed a still-available unit with an estimated completion of March 2026 - not reconciled here.
