About the building

A gated, non-smoking condo resort in Noord, about 5 minutes from Palm Beach, developed and managed by The W of Aruba (branding of Vecchia Estates, founded by Giovanni Di Vecchia) as part of a portfolio of similarly "W"-named Aruba condos (Wariruri, Walishali, and an upcoming Wanglo). Built across at least three low-rise buildings (A, B, C); per the developer's own FAQ, only buildings A and B lack elevators (building C, and the rest of the portfolio, have them). Units run mostly 1-bedroom/1-bathroom or 2-bedroom/2-bathroom, with building C skewing toward larger 2-bedroom/2.5-bathroom ground-floor units; no unit size (m2/sqft) figures are published anywhere. On-site amenities include two swimming pools (a ground-level pool plus a rooftop pool - the vacation-rental site calls it a "360 view rooftop"), a gym, three BBQ areas with bistro seating, solar panels on the roof, a parking lot, and OAK Restaurant & Bar operating on the premises. The property has been a non-smoking resort since July 2018 (per the vacation-rental operator), which is the only completion-adjacent date found - not treated as a confirmed YearBuilt since it's a policy start date, not a stated construction/completion year.
